Thursday September 17th


2:00-5:00p.m. - Registration

4-5:30 p.m. - Early Bird Presentation: Local superintendents/administrators present their work/thoughts on regionalization (no charge)

6:00p.m.-7:30p.m.: Cocktail Reception

7:45p.m.-10:00p.m.: Banquet/Awards
       Presentation of Alice Duckworth Award
       President’s Award
       Lincoln Lynch Career Achievement Award
       Presentation by the Danon non-profit institute on how superintendents can
       influence student health (tentative)

Friday September 18th

7-8:45a.m.: Breakfast with presentations (more information to follow)

9:00-10:00a.m.: Keynote: Joe Cronin from the Edvisors Group will present research on Regionalization:
       “Consolidation, Cooperation and Collaboration in an Age of Scarcity”. Joe will examine options for
      educational efficiencies in New England. Joe Cronin has been a state superintendent,
      college president, secretary of education, college professor, and consultant.

10:00-10:50a.m. Break with vendors

11:00a.m.-12:00noon: Panel discussion moderated by Joe Cronin, comprised of Commissioners
       of Education, Superintendents and other practitioners responding to the keynote presentation.

12:00noon-2:00p.m.: Luncheon with presentation and local musical performance (Salem High School)

Although some of this program is tentative until March, the Friday program is locked
